Minimum Rental.  There is a 4 night  minimum rental period.  2007 Special - Rent 7 nights get 1 night Free

Booking and Security Deposit - A booking and security deposit of 25% is required within 14 days to confirm your booking with the balance due 30 days before scheduled arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds - The rental balance may be made by US$ check or US bank transfer.  Major credit cards are also accepted.  The deposit (less a $50 administration fee) is refundable if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.  No refund is given if cancellation is made within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival.

Housekeeping Services - These are provided to guests on a weekly basis and include cleaning and  linen change.  Additional services are available to your requirements and are subject to an additional charge paid locally.

Occupancy - The property will sleep 6 adults comfortably.   An additional temporary 2 beds may be made available if required. The maximum occupancy is 8 persons.

Smoking - Smoking is not allowed in the property.
